According to the latest Savills U.S. Law Firm Activity Report, in the fourth quarter of 2022, leasing activity declined compared with the fourth quarter of 2021 and with the third quarter of 2022. By how much did leasing activity drop?

Hint: Savills noted in the report that “[l]aw firms have begun pulling back in a number of ways ahead of a potential economic downturn, so it’s possible that real estate may be one of those.”
