Kent Zimmermann, a law firm management consultant with the Zeughauser Group, in comments given to Bloomberg Law on how Biglaw firms are “cleaning up” their workforces by counseling out underperformers, while at the same time bringing on lateral associates, partners, and entire practice groups.
